Labels
Zebra offers labels in both direct and thermal transfer. Zebra's thermal transfer labels offer more durable, long-lasting results with resistance to abrasion, moisture, and chemicals. Zebra's direct thermal labels offer an inexpensive way to print paper labels, providing excellent print quality and use in a multitude of general-purpose applications.
Direct Thermal
Zebra's direct thermal labels are available in paper or synthetic formats. Paper offers an inexpensive way to print
in a variety of general-purpose applications, while synthetic offers more durable, long-lasting results with resistance
to abrasion, moisture, and chemicals.
Direct thermal technology does not require a ribbon. Instead, a chemically coated heat-sensitive material produces
images as heat is applied to the surface. Ideal for indoor applications where temperatures will not exceed high levels.
Direct 1100
A white uncoated direct thermal label that produces black visible light images at speeds of up to 102mm per second
on all Zebra industrial and desktop printers. Features a permanent rubber-based adhesive that adheres to most surfaces
and at temperatures as low as -40º C. Ideal for packaging and product labeling applications in refrigerated

Direct 1100 Removable
A white uncoated direct thermal label that produces black visible light images at speeds of up to 102mm per second on all Zebra industrial and desktop printers. Features a removable acrylic-based adhesive that can be cleanly removed from most plastic and metal surfaces, as well as many packaging materials.
Thermal Transfer
Zebra's thermal transfer labels are available in paper or synthetic formats. Paper labels are inexpensive, yet
offer excellent print quality and can be used in a multitude of general-purpose applications. Synthetic thermal
transfer labels are durable, long lasting, and resistant to abrasion, moisture, heat, tearing, and chemicals.
Thermal transfer technology utilizes a ribbon and matching tag stock material to transfer an image onto the label
material. For the best solution with long life requirements or harsh environments, use with a Zebra ribbon.
CyroCool 3000
Cryocool 3000 White: A 2.5-mil gloss white thermal transfer printable polypropylene label for printing high-contrast, black visible light images with Zebra thermal printers in various cryogenic applications. Resists moisture to repeated freeze and thaw cycles. Survives in conditions as cold as -112º F.
Image Lock 5000
A glossy white polyolefin thermal transfer label stock that produces black bar codes and human readable fonts. Unmatched durability, solvent resistance, and print quality when used with Image Lock ribbons. Features a permanent acrylic adhesive. Suggested labeling applications include: chemical containers, automotive parts, appliance rating plates, and laboratory/life sciences.
PolyChem 2100

Z-Perform 2000T
A smooth, bright white coated paper facestock offering excellent print quality for thermal transfer printing up to
8 inches per second. With its permanent rubber-based adhesive, it offers high initial tack and excellent adhesion

RetroScan 4000

RFID Smart Labels
Smart labels are an exciting, emerging type of data carrier that combine the read range and unattended processing capability of radio frequency identification (RFID) with the convenience and flexibility of on-demand label printing. A smart label is an adhesive label with an RFID tag embedded inside. The tag can be encoded with variable data and tested before the label is printed. The label can contain all the bar codes, text, and graphics used in traditional applications. Direct Thermal
Zebra's direct thermal tags offer excellent print quality and are best suited for indoor applications with
moderate temperatures.
Direct thermal tags are available in either paper or synthetic formats. Paper is an inexpensive solution that can be
used in a multitude of general-purpose applications, while synthetic offers durable, long lasting results with resistance
to abrasion, moisture, tearing, and chemicals.
Direct thermal technology does not require a ribbon. Instead, a chemically coated heat-sensitive material produces images
as heat is applied to the surface. Ideal for indoor applications where temperatures will not exceed high levels.
Direct Tag 2800
A premium topcoated direct thermal 190 micron paper tag that produces high-contrast black images with Zebra industrial and desktop thermal printers. Recommended for indoor general-purpose ticketing applications, such as shop floor tracking, shelf-edge tags, as well as admission tickets and visitor badges.
Direct Tag 1100
A smooth topcoated direct thermal 115 micron paper tag that produces superb print quality on all Zebra printers.

Thermal Transfer
Zebra's thermal transfer tags offer excellent print quality and are formulated to withstand harsh environments.
Thermal transfer tags are available in either paper or synthetic formats. Paper is an inexpensive solution that can be
used in a multitude of general-purpose applications, while synthetic offers durable, long lasting results with resistance
to abrasion, moisture, tearing, and chemicals.
Thermal transfer technology utilizes a ribbon and matching tag stock material to transfer an image onto the tag material.
For the best solution with long life requirements or harsh environments, use with a Zebra ribbon.
Trans Tag 1050™
A super-calendared smooth, matte, thermal transfer paper tag stock, average 137 micron thickness, which prints quality bar codes and scannable images. Z-Band 4000

Z-Band Direct
A premium direct thermal wristband that provides automated ID verification for hospitals and other facilities seeking to boost efficiency and accuracy. Custom Supplies
If a stocked ZipShip label or tag doesn't solve your particular needs, Zebra offers custom converting capabilities. We carry
an extensive library of more than 10,000 standard dies (rectangular shaped) for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive
labels. Or, if needed, we can produce new dies quickly and economically.
Zebra can pre-print any information, including corporate logos and product illustrations, on nearly any material.
Six-color pre-printing in Pantone Matching System® (PMS) inks is available. Also, most materials can be floodcoated to
produce colored labels. All of our inks are compatible with thermal transfer printing.
Sizes and Shapes
We maintain an extensive library of standard dies for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive labels. These dies range in shape and size to produce anything from tiny, round-edge jewelry hang tags to large chemical drum labels. We can often save you the time and expense of having to create a new die by using one that exists in our vast library of rotary dies. But if necessary, we can produce a new die quickly and economically.
Preprinted Labels and Tags
Zebra can preprint information—corporate logos in custom colors, company address, product illustrations, or standardized forms on nearly all of our materials. Simply provide Zebra with camera-ready or computer artwork and we'll print to your specifications using up to six Pantone Matching System (PMS) inks. We can also floodcoat materials to produce colored labels.
Adhesives
Zebra offers a variety of adhesives to meet your application requirements. Some are permanent; others are removable, patterned, or tamper-evident. We'll recommend an adhesive that will work with your facestock, in your environment, on your labeling surface.
Cards
